| Spa Questions & Answers When should I arrive for my treatment? We request you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself time to change. What if I am late for my appointment? Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time for your treatment. Ensure you arrive on time to experience the total benefits of your treatment. What if I need to cancel? As treatments times are especially reserved for you, 24 hours notice of cancellations is requested. How do I make an appointment? Please call our Maitland (4933 2046) or Greenhills (4934 8800) salons in our trading hours and speak with one of friendly therapists that can help you choose the right treatment. Mobile phone policy To ensure the everyone enjoys their treatment it is essential that all MOBILE PHONES ARE TURNED OFF when entering both salons. Please Note: MP Spa & Beauty salons do not have facilities to cater for children. If you wish to bring your child, please notify a staff member when you make your booking so we can ensure that there are no other relaxation treatments occurring at the same time. |
