1. 24 hours notice to cancel OR change an appointment needed or a penalty
fee of 25% will be deducted from voucher value. A Credit Card number may be taken by our staff to hold your booking.

2. Voucher must be presented to receive treatment.

3. We accept no responsibility for misplaced/lost vouchers.

​

4. You may change your treatment for another treatment of same value but refunds will not be given.

​

5. Vouchers will be of fixed value until the expire date shown. Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years.

6. We operate a quiet zone, whilst having your treatment mobile phones must be switched off/silent.
